Hotel.com incompétents
Nous sommes tres déçu de ne pas avoir de reponse de demande dannulation cause voiture en panne. Nous ne prendrons plus jamais l'application hotel.com ils sont incompétent. D'autre part il faut un tapis au fond de la baignoire elle est glissante c'est dangereux .

hotel qui comporte un parking fermé et gratuit. bon accueil. supermarché et mac do à proximité. confort correct mais l'hotel mériterait une rénovation. les serviettes et draps sont un peu usés. petit déjeuner correct.
