"What a great find for our last three nights in Rhodes. Very tranquil atmosphere and our room with sea view was exactly as the photos on the website. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Two minute walk to the surfers beach and bars. We found it a great base for exploring the top halve of the island."

" The location of the house and its facilities were great. Being 5 meters from the pool and 20 meters from the sea gives indescribable freedom and happiness. We had a perfect holiday as 12 adults and 2 children. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom, WC and air conditioning in every room of the house. Having a constant sweet breeze was also very good in not feeling the heat. It's a place I would visit again if I had the chance and I would definitely recommend it."

"The location of Villa Liam is perfect. The stunning sea views and pool were picture postcard perfect. It is only 20 mins from the airport and within 5-10 mins drive of wonderful restaurants and a supermarket offering the essentials. Inside the villa is well equipped and all the en-suite bedrooms are functional. There is a ground floor bedroom which was perfect for our elderly parents. A few very small additions would have made the stay a bit more convenient/ comfortable: a) a small welcome pack of basic provisions to get started. We arrived at the villa around 9.30pm after a very long day of travelling. Basic tea, coffee, milk would have been very appreciated. b) Other than utensils, cutlery and crockery, the kitchen was bare. Salt, pepper, herbs etc would be basic things to include with self catering accommodation. c) Bathrooms only had an all in one shampoo/body wash. Hand soap was only provided in the kitchen. I would class Villa Liam as premium, both in terms of the accommodation and the pricing, therefore these are little suggestions to improve the basic offering. However none of these stopped us having a wonderful week with family in the most stunning of settings. "

"Just come home from a week at Villa de Calme. The Villa is located 10/15 mins walk outside Pastida which is a lovely small quiet town with a few coffee bars, restaurants and shops. We were there as 2 families of 4 adults and 7 children, the ice cream shop / confectionary (Mela Karamela Μέλα Καραμέλα) was a particular highlight and their ice creams were amazing! The Villa is great with plenty of room and well equipped, very clean, aircon in every room and lots of space outside and around the Villa for the kids to explore. The pool and seating area is also great and a lovely space to enjoy. The hosts Valantis and his family are amazing and really looked after us. Even though they live next door you only really see them if you need something which is perfect. They made us a lovely meal on arrival and ran us to the shops a couple of times, so very helpful and generous! We didn’t hire a car for the whole week but wish we had. Thank-you Valantis for a lovely week and we hope to see you again one day. "

You are marvelous and I don’t know where you get all your energy. Thank you for everything. We are all packed up and tidied up and we have taken out all the garbage and put the wet pool towels in the utility room. my granddaughters and daughter are packing last-minute things and then we will load up our car and go so thank you for everything again and will be back to see you because my husband wants to come over with myself and some friends so we’ll make arrangements for next summer to see you again thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💛Best location,best guest care"

"Stuff were nice but you have to pay for things that you don't expect to pay for. You have to pay extra to use the AC, safe was not working, shower floor had the opposite slop so water never drained. "
