"Very good location if you have a loved one in the mater. The cleanliness could be improved, there was food still stuck on cutlery, coffee stains in cups, hair in draws in bathroom and previous guests soap left in shower with hair on it. The stick vacuum was also disgusting, not emptied, wet contents inside the barrel and smelt horrible. "

"Overall staying at the house was fantastic and the owners were very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. As the person who slept in the room with the double bed bunk, my one and only complaint was sleeping on a slanted mattress due to the bed frame itself being bent. I still managed to sleep well enough, but it is something that should be addressed. That said, every other aspect of the stay was highly enjoyable, thank you."

"Dacha 1 is in a great location. Close to the beach and there was a bus stop close if you don't have a car. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook for a big group. Comfy beds, good showers. The pool area was great, amazing view."

"Perfect in so many ways. The location was enchanting. Cockatoos, wallabies, bush stone curlews, parrots all viewed from the front deck while having morning coffee. The bikes were such a special convenience to explore around Nelly Bay and even Arcadia and Picnic Bay if you don’t mind the hills. The kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was so nice after a long hiking day. "Loved it. There was 10 adults and 2 kids and it felt like there was plenty of space."

"This was our first time staying in a tiny house. It was very cool. Very comfortable bed. We saw kangaroo and parrots. The owners were very nice and friendly. You will need to bring food or water with you or have to drive a bit to get it, but we loved this part of it. They have very detailed instructions making our stay exceptional."

"The house definitely exceeded our expectations and pictures didn’t do it justice! The whole house was so clean, smelt lovely with infusers and the outside area is amazing!! The location is perfect with only a small walk down the road to the beach. Picnic bay just over the hill. It was just perfect and will be staying again! "
