"The property was large, clean and spacious. But there were issues. The air-conditioning remote was lost and we couldn't get the a/c to work properly and my son got so hot we had to move his bed into the living area. Also, the apartment advertised access to an indoor pool but this was not communicated on check in or at the apartment, so not sure if this was real or not. Luckily the weather was nice and kids swam in the lake. "

"Great communication with host and they were very kind and accommodative when family got sick with Northlake and late check outs. Apartment location is in Northlake so close drive to amenities but not walkable. Convenience store below and great Pilates below. Apartment is new and owners responded to defects quickly. "The property was well presented, comfortable and warm and had most requirements for a very comfortable stay. The views were breathtaking! However there were a few issues that needed improvement. The shower had nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor. A shower caddy would have been very useful and a good quality stainless steel caddy can be purchased for under $100 from Mitre 10.
