The renovated holiday home Duinvilla Ockenburgh is located directly behind the dunes, the wide beach is only about 300 meters away, and can accommodate 6 people and has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). Duvets and pillows are available, on request you can book bed linen and towels. The house with open fireplace, has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and 1 guest toilet, the open kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The secluded garden is facing south, garden furniture is of course available.

relaxing Holiday
Thank you so much for giving us a nice relaxing holiday. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay by going to the beach, to the pool and visit the city. The area is perfect for families. We hope to come back sometime.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung mit super schönen Strand
Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist einfach nur spitze. Es gibt genügend Strandbars, Restaurants zur Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Innerhalb von 1 Stunde erreicht man mit dem Auto, bequem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist vollausgestattet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Sauberkeit hat Defizite
Die Lage zum Strand war super; da die Wege ziemlich kurz sind. Bungalow ist gut, da alles auf einer Ebene liegt. Leider war die Dunstabzugshaube sowie die Filter der Lüftungen an der Decke total verdreckt. Die Klobürste war kaputt ( wie wird die Toilette gereinigt?). Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit den Hund draußen abzuduschen. Im Raum daneben gab es einen Wasserhahn, ohne passende Schlauchanschlüsse…:( Aus dem Aspekt der Sauberkeit werden wir dieses Haus NICHT wieder buchen. Ansonsten bietet der Park viel Freizeitbeschäftigungen und das Restaurant ist auch gut; leider gibt es nur 3 vegetarische Gerichte :((

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Kurzer Spaziergang - das Meer liegt vor der Tür. Das war ein klarer Pluspunkt. Viel Me(e)hr brauchten wir nicht. In der Unterkunft fühlten wir ( und unsere beiden Hunde) uns wohl.

Prima Ferienhaus
Wir haben hier zu zweit mit Hund schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden - alles wie beschrieben. Die Ferienanlage bietet auch Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. einen Waschsalon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Wir empfehlen uneingeschränkt das Ferienhaus - glatte 5 Sterne.

Es war super schön
Alles tip top. Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen und man hat im Gegensatz zu anderen Häusern ringsum hier wirkliche seine Privatsphäre! Man kann sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen. Der kurze Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super locker und sympathisch. Irgendwann kommen wir bestimmt wieder! Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Am besten plant man die Kaution direkt in den Mietpreis mit ein, denn uns wurde ein unverhältnismäßig großer Teil von der Kaution abgezogen, dafür, dass wir die Feuertonne am Haus (die bereitgestellt wird) genutzt haben. Die Dusche war regelmäßig verstopft und zuletzt mussten wir uns noch die Anschuldigung gefallen lassen, dass wir im Haus geraucht hätten (war nicht so). Schöner Ort, schlechter Vermieter!

Das Haus ist Geschirr-technisch sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten super, weil man nicht reingucken kann. Für den Hundewelpen war es toll, dass es auch einen Zaun gab.

Bungalow im Ferienpark
Auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich ist, dass das Haus mitten in einem Ferienpark liegt. Hier kann man Pech mit lauten Jugendgruppen haben. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Karte für die Zufahrt des Ferienparks die im Haus hinterlegt ist funktioniert nicht immer, das ist etwas nervig wenn die Schlange hinter einen immer länger wird. In der Küche gibt es keinen Backofen und die Pfannen sind sehr benutzt und nicht wirklich zum Braten geeignet. Die Dusche war verstopft und das Wasser lief nicht ab, haben wir selber behoben. Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum breiten, hundefreundlichen Sandstrand. Der Einkaufsladen im Park ist sehr teuer, nicht zu empfehlen. Alles in allem war die Woche schön.

Windiger Urlaub am Strand
Das Häuschen liegt wunderbar in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Im Park gibt es alles Notwendige, allerdings würden wir Brötchen eher im Supermarkt um die Ecke kaufen. Radfahrer und Hundebesitzer kommen hier in jedem Fall auf ihre Kosten. Rundum hatten wir einen windigen, aber schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön sehr nahe am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus selber ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt und die Unterstützung durch den Vermieter sind hervorragend. Wir haben vor wiederzukommen.

Erholsame Woche verlebt!
Sehr schön gelegener Bungalow mit wenigen Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Die Inneneinrichtung war komfortabel und einladend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Auf Anfragen/Nachfragen wurde immer schnell und freundlich reagiert.
