Holiday Home, de Witte Raaf, is a lovely spacious house, situated on a quiet holiday park. The house is fully equipped. You can relax here to a lovely day at the beach with a large private garden, with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon and evenings. Forest and dune is within walking distance and in the forest is a beautiful mountain bike trail. we are pleased to welcome you in "de Witte Raaf " in beautifull Noordwijk. On the piece of land on the other side of the ditch, new holiday homes are being built, and it has been discussed with the contractor that as little noise as possible is made and that no work is done at the weekends.

Great location and proximity to beach and town / property has great space and potential; sparsely furnished, limited place settings and cutlery (4 only) and the outside appeared neglected which made it not very welcoming and not very inviting to spend time on the patio

Positiv: Whirlpool, Garten, Fernseher, 2 WC's, eigener Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Garten, Geschirrspülmaschine, 5 min mit dem Auto zum Strand, ruhige Anlage Negativ: Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt, Matratzen durchgelegen und schmutzig, Sofa unbequem, kein Backofen, Whirlpool war nur 3 von 7 Tagen nutzbar (war gekippt und roch unangenehm), Vermieter hat sich leider bei Problem mit der Heizung nicht gemeldet

Große Baustelle hinter und neben dem Haus. Ab 7 Uhr nur Lärm. Wenn die Baustelle erledigt ist mag es nett sein.
