"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located - 5 minutes from Den Haag Centraal station, Mauritshuis, Binnenhof, and good eating places. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious enough. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our stay had breakfast included and buffest breakfast was sumptuous with a great variety of choices and items.
