The staff were superb and made us a breakfast bag to go when KLM cancelled our afternoon flight which meant we had to leave much earlier and miss breakfast. Overall I can absolutely recommend the hotel."

"Enjoyed our stay, staff gave great recommendations for places to eat at. Easy to walk to different museums, shopping and the palace. Only weird thing was our TV had a habit of turning off and doing "system updates" multiple times which was bizarre and slightly frustrating."
