"This one was hard to review. Hotel and Spa amazing! But we had such a terrible experience with the hair salon overcharging and under delivering and arguing there point. I took my daughter to another salon 3 days later that fixed her hair for 1/2 of what I was charged at this hotel. Worth the stay if you get your hair care elsewhere. Also, be careful of the pool area. It is very slippery and my daughter fell and hurt her bum. "

"Stayed at Movenpick for 5 nights whilst in Istanbul. Hotel was beautiful and clean and had a pleasant spa like smell as soon as you enter. Check in was easy and simple. Staff take a deposit of €100 which is refunded on check out if nothing is ordered/brought from hotel. We ordered a large bottle of water from the hotel as you get x2 small bottles for free every morning when room is made up. The large bottle we ordered cost us approx £5.70!! Definately buy your water bottles from convenience...
