"Shower drain blocked which acts as a kids bathtub and fills up and spills everywhere, one queen sized bed broken and propped underneath by a foot stool. A/c not working. Such a great location but the house amenities and basic fundamentals such as a bed just passed over "

"The property was in good clean condition however they could pay more attention on it before check-in new guests. The toilet had no light fitted, we had booked for 6 people but the pillow and blanket was available for only 5 people."

"We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation "

"What a lovely property but so sad the wifi didn’t work and neither did the washing machine. I was so grateful to Rebecca who came on our second day (my family LOVE watching a Christmas movie before bed so the night before was frustrating spending about 1-2 hrs trying everything to get the wifi working) and when it still failed to work she found a google setup fur us.
