"This little treasure is hard to beat! Very well appointed, with everything you need during your stay.The position is gorgeous, steps from the beautiful Avoca Beach. Close to all shops with a short walk to the Surf Club, with many Cafes to choose from.We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"We stayed at this property for the annual Toowoon Bay ocean swim and it was a great spot due to the location being walking distance to the beach. Self contained so it was easy to make meals with even some provision of basic long life goods (tinned foods/spices) which we didn’t use but great to be on offer. The house is small but just what is required, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, dining and lounge with an outdoor seating area. It was very clean and modern, felt...

"This property is in a perfect position and is well presented. I had a lovely short break in this quiet neighbourhood close to everything Terrigal has to offer. The house was very comfortable and the yard was private and well maintained. Loved the little extras that were included and the bath products were amazing. Hot tub was very easy to use and made the stay that little bit extra. This will be my go to for getaway's in the future. Loved it!"

"The place is warm, private and homely. The front court yard is spacious, private and good for a small bbq get together. The area is safe and close to alot of amenities and beaches. The place is a heaven to be in and was easy to communicate with the property manager for any issues and they were accomodating. The kitchen had everything we need. Book this place you guys wont regret it."

"Fantastic accoms. Beautiful and conveniently located , yet just enough off the busy areas to have your own little bit of awesome to enjoy. Main house is fresh and clean with nice breezes from east and west. The Boathouse Cottage is beyond expectations and is a must for family or larger groups. You won’t regret hiring. Bruce is straightforward and pleasant to deal with either by msg or old school phone call. Highly recommended."

"Stayed for a wedding reception at Blacksmiths Beach SLSC - perfect location for any function there. Walked down to the beach for a swim at Granny's. Used the BBQ area for cooking and meals. Easy walk to and from the surf club for the wedding. Great location. Lovely and cool when the weather was hot and really comfortable."

"Great location, very close to shops and the water. Free secure parking at the top of the public car park and our room was on the same floor so very convenient for us. The apartment was great except it was a bit dark because all the lights came from wall sconces rather than overhead, and the balcony was on the short end of a long deep room. Also would've been nicer to have a bigger TV. But otherwise it was good value and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again next time...
