"Overall we had a good experience. The room we stayed in was a little dated compared to the pictures but they are in the middle of adding on so they will likely update the older rooms after the addition. Amenities were great. Staff was great. Will consider staying here again the next time we are in town."

"The hotel was nice for the most part and the staff were very friendly. I did have a few gripes though. The "suite" that we rented was small. It would have been considered a normal room in most hotels, so I was quite disappointed when I walked into the room. I'd be hesitant to see what a normal room would be like. But there were very large windows on two sides of the room giving a nice view from the 11th floor. There was no microwave. If you wanted ice, you had to call the front desk and either...

"Beautiful hotel, large comfortable rooms, and very close to lots of restaurants and activities. The gentleman at the front desk over explained many of the less important things and under explained the most important. He also changed our room number and confused himself even more…called me back for something that he didn’t even need me for. The pool was very nice but the water slide snd mushroom sprinkler didn’t work for much of Saturday evening and Sunday morning. "
