"This truly was a home away from home. The condo is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The open floor plan provided lots of space so our large family could interact, but not feel like we are stepping on each other. The pool / clubhouse are two streets over, but it was an easy drive and our older kids could walk it easily. The directions on how to get to the pool and clubhouse were excellent as well. We used the pool, the slide, the playground, the lap pool, and we played ping pong! There was also a basketball court.The location of the condo was good too, but a lot of our activities were a 25-35 minute drive away, so having a car was essential for us. It is conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine and we visited both. There are several beaches within 25-45 minute drive, which made day trips easy as well.The internet was also great, so I was able to make this a "working" vacation when needed and the kids could use all of their devices with no problems.We definitely recommend the property and we look forward to staying again next year!"

"We had to travel to St Johns because of 2 deaths in the family. Our host took us in at short notice and we were so happy with our choice of homes to stay in. Each evening we would return to the house to relax and unwind from a stressful day. This house was perfect for that. We would book again. "

"House was in ideal location for us during our house reno. Appreciated having garage space. Wifi is a bit weak for at home worker (had to turn off video during zoom calls). Hot tub is not functional, but it was too cold in January to use it anyway. View of pond and wildlife out back was a true highlight.Would stay again for my next full house reno. :)"
