"Our stay here was so wonderful. We came with our kids aged 9 and 11. The building is not new, but it is tidy and cleaned frequently. The rooms are modest, but had the most important ammenity for us: air conditioning! I walked regularly in the morning and was warmly welcomed by residents of this village. The history of the village is worthwhile reading about. The host was professional, kind and thoughtful. She really takes care of each guest. She was helped us book boat tours and transportation to our next location. The boat tour was exceptional; signigifantly better than large tour companies and a much better price. The host made us several very tasty meals. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is seeking to escape big tourist areas and see/experience this beautiful part of the world. "
