Staff are friendly and helpful, check in was easy, received a welcome drink and snack, porter took us and bags in a buggy to the room and member of staff pointed out areas if interest on the way. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Nice large shower. Bottle water provided daily. Wifi all over the resort and no issues with signal. Beach front and beach towels provided. Food and drink as expected is expensive at the hotel. Shops just out side the hotel and plenty of restaurants minutes walk away. "

"Fantastic place - wonderful rooms, facilities, staff, food and views. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a wonderful 10 year anniversary stay. The place seems to not be super kid friendly at first but it absolutely is - don’t be put off. You just can’t use a buggy easily! We were with our 5 year old and he loved it. There isn’t a kids club but it’s not that kind of place and we didn’t want that. We love Koh Yao Noi and this is a nice addition to the hotel scene here. I loved how the rooms and villas are set in nature and keep to the island’s natural feel. Ofc this does mean the occasional visit from a bug or ant but nothing really to worry about. The breakfast spread was phenomenal - one of the best I’ve scene including fresh health juices, roti making, a croissant warmer and lots more! Thank you to all the staff at reception, housekeeping and the restaurant that made the stay so lovely. Suggestions for improvements; the tiles in the pools (main and villas) are quite odd - they look nice but for swimming, kids, leaning in (aka infinity pool) they are very rough and not really pool suitable. Humble suggestion to consider changing them to avoid injuries. And general tips for travellers - there’s loads of mosquitoes on the island - pack wisely!"

"We stayed full board in a private villa with pool. It was gorgeous with the pool (5011) surrounded by greenery and a view over the property so it was pretty private. Staying in a villa meant you got breakfast at the smaller Terrace restaurant right on the beach. There were so many pools to choose from and areas of beach with beds etc. also miles of empty beach. We stayed outside of school holidays and although their were still a lot of babies/toddlers, it was bearable for the child free. Restaurant was great with good variety changing daily. Lots of Thai options amongst other styles and fresh foods etc. nice to have wine and beer included too, although it was bland. The staff were very attentive and kind. We did a cooking class with the head chef which was great, and by the beah. Cocktails great (330 baht each). We did some classes and the pavillion on the beach was amazing, but they were often in German and translated as after thought so not ideal, although Nadya was brilliant. Evening entertainment was...great to start with. Disco on the beach for example was fab...but the music was repeated every night so got tired. The shows were amateurish and need modernised (especially the girl only show). Snorkelling not good but sea warm and quiet. Incredible massage options right beside hotel (from 400baht an hour). Socialising as a British youngish couple without kids was tricky. Nearly everyone was German or had kids. Entertainment team not welcoming as other resorts. "
