"Backyard was a great place for the kids to hang out"

"This property was great to just go and relax. Lots of room to just roam around walk dogs explore fish etc. the only discrepancy I found was that the listing says it sleeps 15 but I really only found sleeping arrangements for 11. It didn’t affect our group as we only had 5 but for future people staying. Be aware of this, you can’t fit 4 more people on the couch in the living room so I don’t know where the other 4 people are supposed to sleep if you bring 15. But it was a very nice place overall. "

"The Pendleton Ranch was exactly what we needed for our trip to Ray Roberts Lake and Fort Worth for the Bassmaster Classic. The property my was close enough to the highway to make commuting easy but far enough away from the city where it felt like a trip to the farm. Communication with Peter was timely and the ranch was classic and tidy with plenty of amenities and things to do within minutes of the property. "

"Great trip and loved the house had several of the appliances needed and only had to bring a couple kitchen items. There is a lot of spiders, wasps, and ant mounds everywhere but that’s nature and hard control however it limited enjoying the patios and outside fire pit. Loved that there is 2 beach/swim/fishing options not too far from the house and the check in process was very easy and the directions for checkout was very clear and easy to understand.
