"The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. They provide 6 bright colors of sugar gel you can put on your toast. "The only good thing is the view! Other than that not worth the money. The toilet flush noise is very loud, you can hear it from the upper room.
