"I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia...

Good in general . but the swimming pool feel like you swim on the street because there is a direct access to the peoples from the street to the Swimming pool . no need to pass through hotel entrance . but even though i accepted , on the second day the swimming pool was closed . and I paid for Deluxe room with Sofa and i got a Business room without Sofa . no refund and i discovered that both have same price while Expedia charge one dollar more for deluxe . as a Muslim its...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the sunset every night. Only downside is that its a little bit away from the markets and centre of town, but tuk tuks / taxi's easy and cheap enough to get there. "

"Best breakfast we had during our one week in Laos, good size room and good quality bed. Clean and well maintained, nice pool area. We booked a room with a balcony because we wanted to enjoy morning coffee/evening drink - it does not come with any furniture though and that is a shame. What is the point of a balcony if there is nowhere to sit? Other than that, most recommended. Location convenient (bikes and motorbikes for rent just across the street) and walking distance to the night market."
