"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."

"Even though it's quite old building it's clean and everything works.bed not hard.they even put Aircon on for you before you arrive.so you enter a cool room. If there is a group of you 12/18people can hire house opposite.for 8000bhat.per night.total.good garden and BBQs.just bring your food.and drink."

"Rummet var alldeles nymålat efter covidpandemim så jag var första gästen efter öppnandet. Dock saknades fönster i rummet men o övrigt ljudet och fräscht. Hotellet hade även restaurang och erbjöd både frukost, lunch och middag för ett tillägg. Priset på maten var dock minst lika dyrt som ute på restaurangerna i stranden vilket därför lockade mer. Hotellet saknade pool och var relativt dyrt i konkurrens men andra hotell som hade pool. Däremot var personalen väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående så...

"I loved my stay here. For the cost, the room was large, clean and quiet. The hostess, Meow, is adorable and I enjoyed sitting and chatting with her each day. I cannot think of any negatives during my stay here and if I were to come back to Cha Am, I would stay here again, no hesitation. "

"If you are planning a visit to Kaeng Krachan National Park or the surrounding area, then I highly recommend this nature lodge. Our room was comfortable and the staff friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are several birding sites on the property and it‘s just a 15 minute drive to the park entrance."

"Serge and Cam excel themselves in offering this property. A beautiful 4 bed villa with lovely views of the surrounding golf course. The house has a unique and tranquil feel to it and is set up for the ultimate relaxation holiday.To compliment the house are two amazing staff members who could not do enough for you!! Tia was extremely helpful and Poo is a great housekeeper and a fabulous chef.You will not find a better service anywhere else in Hua Hin. We will be returning….thank you!!! "

A little gem

"This hotel is outstanding. The staff take pride in their work and it shows. Everywhere is brilliantly clean well looked after with attention to detail. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. Food standards amazing and always hot . Freshly cooked to order too. Definitely would recommend and return again. "

"Loved our stay at the ISanook the free shuttle was great to get your bearings. Hired a scooter which gave us freedom to explore. Little restaurants around the corner perfect and the beach with the monkeys and the temple really quirky. Great stay. "

Great hotel at the right price

"This is one of the best resorts I've been in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch. I had an issue the first night as the bed was too soft but they quickly fixed it the next day by removing a soft pad on top of the mattress. Our room had a great ocean and pool view. The breakfast was great and the Nomada grill was very good too. I really think this hotel offers great value."
