We stayed here for a couple of days and it was our first time visiting Hua Hin and the Hilton hotel. The staff was attentive and very friendly. We felt very comfortable during our stay and will definitely visit again. The breakfast was also great offering a wide variety (soup, egg station, bread, Thai dishes, pancakes, ...).

I was very pleased we chose the executive room. Very nice room and lovely view from the balcony, and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast in the executive lounge which was always quiet. The staff were always helpful and friendly and housekeeping was excellent. I think the food around the pool could be improved - it wasn’t great. The hotel does have the best location - walking distance to everything.

Room was very poor, furniture out of date, TV and Stations was terrible. Rust stain in shower and various spots in the room. Dust and cob webs were present. Spoke with the manager of the hotel. Was offered an executive suite but was not looking for a handout. Just wanted them to know that there is a lot of work to be done and standards are below par.

Cleanliness and staff services are top notch. We had a very relaxing time here. The hotel is within walking distance from Hua Hin night market and many other dining options. The only slight disappointment was the beach area was full of debris, walking bare feet on sand was a concern.
