"Pros: Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, good location, lucky to find any accommodation at all as it was the last room available on the island. Cons: We apparently booked a "budget room" although we paid 300 Euros for 2 nights. Toilet and showers were across the corridor and not private. The room was terribly hot and noisy in the morning when early birds packed their cars. "

"Hotel Bij Jef is zeer prettig om te verblijven. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en weet waar ze over praten. Het eten is een echte aanrader! Het is een feestje in je mond. Een echte smaaksensatie. En zeker niet te weinig! Enige minpuntje was het douchen, bij ons liep het water naar het slaapgedeelte. En dat lag niet aan de manier van douchen maar aan de afwatering."

"Het geheel viel mij nogal tegen gelet op de stevige prijs van 120/nacht voor 1 persoon. Ik kom hier niet weer. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding deugt niet bij de Kievit. 75/nacht komt dichter bij de werkelijkheid. Terzijde: het wemelt er van gasten met honden die zich het ontbijt in de eetzaal bevinden. Hoogst onprettig"
