"The hotel is surrounded by nature and the Japanese concept makes it interesting. The room was simple, and the building showed some lack of maintenance. Despite the Japanese environment providing a nice experience, the main restaurant only provides that type of food, which is very limited. Can you imagine a 5-night stay eating only one type of food?"

"Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas."

"Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. "El hotel es muy bonito, particularmente los jardines. El servicio fue bueno, la gente es muy amable. Nos dijeron que están en transición y que poco a poco irán mejorando las habitaciones. La nuestra no tenía aire acondicionado, muy necesario en época de calor, y solo tenía un equipal para sentarse aunque era habitación doble, eso se ve medio pobre. La zona no es muy bonita y no ofrece gran cosa para salir, sobretodo en la noche. El hotel es caro, quizá un poco alto para lo que ofrece."
