"Great option for an overnight stay on long roadtrip. Incredibly friendly staff, good marks for cleanliness, very comfortable beds, nice breakfast. I had to play white noise on my phone to be able to sleep through interstate noise, but easily enough accomplished. I would absolutely stay again. Great option for the price."

"I only stayed for 1 night. I didnt expect much for the price i paid. Hotel room was bare bones. I got a non smoking room but it still smelled of cigarette smoke. Some channels didn't work on tv. The hotel staff needs to pick up some of the litter on the ground. But the hotel is close to some restaurants and stores.."

"I was surprised to see two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spent two nights there, and the bed was very comfortable. I will return to Homewood Suites in Plano the next time I am in town. "

"Everything was very good except that the elevator was out for about a day and a half. We were on the fourth floor so we had a little walking to do, but at least we didn’t have to haul the suitcases up. I felt badly for older people or people with suitcases."

"Overall the property was great - the only negative thing is that there is too much noise upstairs. If possible ask for a room on the last floor. There is an indoor pool with a heater which is great if you’re traveling in winter! Location is okay - there are convenience stores and some restaurants around. If you want better options you do have to drive 15 minutes which is not awful. Also please read the policies careful - there is a $5 parking fee per night. The fee is the biggest complain from...
