" I booked the day before. After locating the property from a back alley. Standing at the 3rd floor doorway, there was only a locked door and a qr code to scan. No staff, no reception, nothing. A staff member happened to arrive and unlocked the door but refused me entry. It was about 12:30 and she communicated 3pm check in. "Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"Really good location as it is literally across from the central station and where you get the airbus to the airport. Lot of weird figures around outside but that’s just the beauty of naples. Check in was easy and as we arrived early in the morning, the reception said we could leave our bags in reception and go see the city. "We came an hour and a half earlier than I had communicated to the owners. They immediately came to meet us to open up for us. Very friendly. The property is in walking distance from the airport (just a few minutes), which was great as we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. They wanted us to pay cash, which wasn't a problem for us, but is something I wish I had known beforehand."

"Rettifilo 311 is a nice place to stay while in Naples. The host, while not present, was very accommodating (as I was arriving early they made a point to clean my room first, which I really appreciated). The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Piazza Garibaldi & 5 minutes from a Line 1 metro station (Duomo). Its on a busy shopping street, but the rooms themselves are pretty quiet. "L'ensemble du séjour a été plus que parfait. Je recommande à tous. Par contre, sachez que l'hébergement se situe au centre-ville de Nantes tout près de la voie ferroviaire, mais le quartier en soit est incroyablement sale de la nuit tombée. La vue verte la montagne a été plus que jolie mais par contre le trafic et les klaxons se font entendre bien souvent Nous sommes littéralement à quelques minutes voir moins de 4 minutes de la voie ferroviaire et de la gare. Ce qui a été pour nous un élément formidable pour la location"
