"We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. "Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."

"Is a HOUSE, Not a hotel. We arrived at 6:pm, and there was a house behind a huge fence, we ring the bell, no body showed up, after 1 hour waiting to be attended outside, there was a elderly gentleman that came to us and told us that his grand daughter wasn’t there, he tried to call her but never answered, so finally we leaved without a place to stay after 4 hours driving.
