"Clean simple and modern Nordic hotel. Owned by a local hotel group with several properties in Bergen. Directly across the road from the train station and tram station which has direct access to the airport. Exceptional free breakfast, everything you could possibly want."

"First off, it’s a gorgeous building in the perfect location in Bergen. The Freschohalle and BARE are both exceptional, and the staff are great. There were some several minor room issues to point out however. We had a loft suite. If you are more than about 180cm/70in, don’t get a loft suite. You have to duck everywhere. The shower is open to the whole bathroom, so water gets everywhere. There is also a lack of space to place anything in the bathroom. The plugs aren’t in particularly convenient...

We would recommend staying here if you are on a Hurtigruten trip as it is very close to the terminal, walking distance with a case, and the rooms are reasonably priced. "

"Have stayed at Moxy before and always the communal facilities, room was modern and clean. Booked a sea view room which had a disappointing view, would not have booked if I knew it was a first floor with obstructed view and not as advertised in the pictures "

"Hotel is just a short walk to the airport. Very quiet room and comfortable. Everything done to simplify things (and reduce costs) for the hotel like self booking in, clearing own tray at breakfast (like Ikea) but staff on hand if any issues. The breakfast is fantastic with huge variety of hot and cold."
