"The staff were really good. We were allocated a very average room and when I called reception they did the best they could you relocate us. Still not great but definitely better. Beaches restaurant had changed their menu from a week prior which was disappointing. We are very regular stayers and would like to be recognised regularly not just when we book multiple rooms. We go with hotels.com as their reward program is more immediate and flexible even tho I am a gold IHG member"

"Good size room, clean and modern bathroom and good size bed. Comfortable and convenient. One point would be the ability to dim or turn of the lights outside the balcony doors or put heavier curtains up as the light is very bright and permiates into the room, which disturbed my sleep. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"This property is pure bliss from the furnishings to the location there is nothing to fault there is on street parking right outside the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that wish to do their own cooking, the property has a lovely outdoor covered veranda for enjoying your breakfast or a leisurely afternoon sundowners.
