"The house was clean and met our expectations. Plenty of room. We were taken aback to see a person at like 9pm in the backyard. That was a bit unsettling especially because there were no blinds covering the windows. The owner addressed that immediately along with lighting out front near the garage because it was really dark when we pulled up . We wish there were more face clothes available- we had to buy our own. But other than that it was cool "

"The house is lovely but the dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them and there was trash under two of the beds, used soda cans and used tissues The driveway has some huge pot holes"

The finishes and furniture made it feel like it was a much older little cottage tucked away in a town square somewhere instead of a guest home in a nice residential neighborhood. Great communication with owner who was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again someday!"

"This property is absolutely stunning! I rented the house for my son’s wedding party, and it was the perfect choice for everyone to spend time together before the big day. The group thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking view, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the spacious porch. "Travel to garland for a funeral stayed at this location got in late. There was construction did not know about took us 30 to 45 minutes to find a way into the property.Got inside condo was nice, fully equipped with coffee, comfortable beds & washer. An, d dryer was great area was quiet."

"My family and I stayed at The Cottage this Christmas while visiting my daughter in Dallas. Everything was just as I hoped and expected it to be. There was plenty of room for our family group of 6 to move around, sleep, and get comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathrooms were roomy and well equipped. The backyard was very spacious and family focused. And… the deck and string lights were great!Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas gathering homey home!!!"
