"Location is for those who want to be far from civilization - long climb up partly unpaved hairpin turn drive. Pleasant surroundings once there, but for anyone looking for comfort, this is not the place. Sparse furnishings, not a shelf, hook or soap dish in bathroom. Light too dim to read & TV reception fuzzy. The one unexpected "luxury" was extra pillows. Did not have dinner there, so can't speak for food, but breakfast somewhat disappointing - this is an agroturismo hotel supposed to feature...

"Si tratta di un bell'agriturismo immerso completamente nel silenzio di un bosco e con una meravigliosa vista sulla vallata, l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, le camere pulite e molto comode, ottimo punto d’appoggio per potersi spostare nei vari paesi vicini è molto caratteristici. È la prima volta che soggiornavo da loro e sicuramente non mancherò di tornarci un'altra volta. Super consigliato."

"Considerato il periodo, posto molto isolato e buio, al limite del nulla. In estate deve essere sicuramente incantevole anche per il paesaggio attorno."

"We loved this place. The owner spoke little english and us no Italian, but between us he was able to proudly tell us of his home produce wine and farm. The ambience was relaxed genuine and geared towards great food and surroundings. They kindly recomended view points for us ro visit the next day. Would definitely come back . Thank you :) x"

"This was the last hotel we stayed in, on our trip around Sicily,and they saved the best to last. The hotel and surroundings were beautiful. From our bedroom windows/door we had an amazing view of the vineyards and sitting on the balcony at the front we could have a drink and look across at a smoking Mount Etna. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The food at breakfast and in the evening was excellent. A lovely place to stay and tour around the area."

"Beautiful property and extremely friendly staff. My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The food was amazing and all for a great price. When we wanted to go catch a ferry to Vulcano, one of their staff took us and brought us back. We were also lucky enough to stay an extra night in our tent."

"This is a charming hotel, half way up the hillside, surrounded with olive, fig and lemon trees. The hosts are very welcoming, the food is home cooked and lovely and the views stunning. Rooms are old fashioned and comfortable and the pool area is quiet and relaxed. You need a car to make the most of exploring the local area and getting down to the beach and supermarket."
