"An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated. Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more! "

"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
