"This has been one of our best experiences in any hotel. The staff were always on top of things and very friendly. Especially Ara, our receptionist. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and made our experience fabulous. The breakfast was so delicious and there were many options to choose from. Everything was so clean. They wake up early to make sure everything is in perfect shape. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Gracias Sra Ara for making our stay wonderful "

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception. "
