"Nice hotel. Comfortable beds and very clean. Some rooms have very large balconies where you can sit and listen to birds. It wasn't warm enough for the pool but looks nice. Two cautions, there is no elevator, but it's only one floor up. Also, check google street view to locate the driveway entrance before you go. Staff is friendly and will give you the straight talk about the area. For instance, there is a local bus stop walking distance from the hotel where you can catch a ride back to CDMX.
