bad experience

i made my reservation, had everything ready, when i arrived at the hotel they told me they did have my reservation but no rooms available, so i couldnt stay there. So even though i booked in advanced i was left with no hotel room for me and my family. this was a terrible experience to deal with, specially after i made everything in advanced with this web page.

Es un hotel muy pobre. Las televisiones no prenden, el personal no nos quiso brindar toallas, porque solo son 2 por habitación. Así que si van en familia cero recomendable. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo de los de arriba y los que están a los costados. Hubo una señorita muy molesta y grosera que nos llamó de recepción cada 5 minutos para recordarnos que ya era el check-out. Llamó 3 veces. Si quieren ahorrarse un mal momento por favor no vayan a este lugar. Hay hoteles mucho mejores en Texcoco, como el Santa Bertha. Evitense disgustos
