Always there to help especially with booking transfers or ordering taxi etc. Tey really added to our experience with recommendations etc. Hotels.com canceled my reservation without even trying to charge my card and Viviana made it right and rebooked even during Jubile and with Pope up for a vote so it was busy. She is the absolute best. Very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. "
