"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. "First class hotel and service, fabulous price for mid week overnight stopover. Bed, bedding and pillows were the best I've had in nearly all of my business stopovers in the past year. Only downside was the size of the gym in such a large hotel, good new equipment but given how many rooms this hotel has it was busy on a quiet Tuesday evening so would probably be no room on a busy weekend."
