"The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful."

It was comfortable and cute and fit exactly what we needed. Therese and her husband Mark were so hospitable and sweet and their dogs on property are so friendly. "The property is a beautiful cottage with easy access to Temple and Belton. Horses on the property next door with treats to feed them if you want. Extremely quiet and relaxing getaway location. Cottage is clean and comfortable and was a great launching point for our Belton adventures. Snacks waiting on our arrival and had great and easy communication with our hosts. Can't wait to stay there again!"

"This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion.
