Scenic Beachfront Condo in Flamingo/Potrero Beach

The condo is a newly renovated unit within the Endless Beach Condominiums. The complex has two twin buildings comprised of four condominiums with two on each level. The lower level leads you directly out to the beautifully landscaped grounds that have a pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor covered kitchen with built-in gas BBQ grill and sink. The upper units all have beautiful panoramic views of the sand, surf, and sky.

Casa Sublime is on the upper level with a fully covered balcony to enjoy the warm breezes and stunning sunsets.

Renovated and refurnished in late 2019, it has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. The condo has air-conditioning throughout, cable TV in both bedrooms and living area, a dining area, a covered balcony. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling built-in closets. The balcony has comfortable lounge furniture that is perfect for relaxing after a great day of enjoying activities like surfing, fishing, snorkeling, and sunset cruises.

There is a murphy bed available for a fifth guest for an additional nightly fee.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants and Flamingo is just a short walk down the beach.

Playa Potrero is a residential area near Flamingo Beach, with one of the safest swimming beaches in all of Costa Rica. There are restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, juice bars, coffee shop, and nighttime entertainment all within walking distance. Water activities, such as snorkeling, sunset cruises, scuba diving, fishing, yoga, and jet skiing are just a short drive away or they will pick you up. Beautiful condo with stunning views
This was our 3rd visit to Costa Rica from the U.S. and spent 10 days here in Playa Potrero. This condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beds were very confortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we could ever need. The view from the patio overlooking the beach was amazing. I walked the beach every morning and the water is calm and swimable. The sand smooth and fun for seashell hunting. We absolutely fell in love with the condo, the complex and the community. The property manager, Christian, is very friendly and helped us with many recommendations for restaurants, excursions and grocery stores. We were so sad to leave, as it felt just like home. I would definitely recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Playa Portero. Pura vida!

Loved our stay at endless beach! This was our first time in Costa Rica-loved the little town-(once we found it!) Finding the condo was a bit challenging for us as the main route was out due to a bridge being under construction and our GPS took us that way. There were some issues with the washer and dryer while there, but fixed quickly! Having a laminated list or map with local market, location of local restaurants and places to book activities would be helpful. Christian the property manager was amazing! So helpful, friendly, easy to reach and have us fantastic recommendations. The condo itself was beautiful, wonderfully decorated, top notch appliances, fully equipped with beach towels, bags, cooking supplies, coffee maker and right on the beach. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing!
Absolutely beautiful location. Everything was exactly as advertised. We stopped at the grocery store just outside of Liberia airport and did most of our shopping there just like Costco. Even bought some clothes since airline lost a bag. Lots of close restaurants. We did the golf cart rental at lazy lizard which worked for us. Big thanks to Christian the property manager always there to help.

Wonderful beach front property
Very pleased with our stay at this well stocked property. The pictures don't pay it justice. Clean and a pleasant place to relax with a stunning view of the ocean. A great restaurant is just a short walk on the beach. Gary was great, he was available and very helpful with plenty great suggestions on places to go. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Spot
Great spot right on the beach, room for everyone in the family to have their own space, perfect pool for coffee in the morning and beers in the afternoon, easy to get around to day excursions (sea turtles, boat cruise / snorkeling, Flamingo and Conchal Beaches). And a grocery store and fruit stand were easy to get to every morning via foot. Everything was clean and well maintained. Neighbors were nice and quiet. The whole area of beach was calm and quiet. Two beach chairs and a boogie board were available - and plenty of towels. Will return if we are in the area. Enthusiastically recommend to families.

We had a lovely time at Endless Beach. Christian the property manager was very responsive to us when needed. We met the people who live on the property full time and always felt safe. Our children enjoyed the pool and beach immensely.

This condo is clean, very nicely updated with all the amenities needed for your visit and is perfectly situated in the middle of Playa Potrero. Check in/out was easy and the owner was a great host. Construction was happening next door during our visit, taking away some of our zen, but it is somewhat common in this growing beach town. We got used to the noise but worth inquiring about before your visit.

Such a great find! The only drawback...is we didn't stay long enough! The inside is immaculate and they put great effort into seeing every detail through! The condos next door are beautiful but back side of alley is a bit sketchy but felt completely safe! Enjoy this beautiful gem!

Fantastic stay in a great location
This was a great stay in a perfect location. Great restaurants nearby and it’s close proximity to popular areas like Playa Flamingo, Las Catalinas, and Playa Conchal. The unit itself feels brand new and has been well maintained. Plenty of house supplies for whatever you need. Perfect for a family, though there are several valuable trinkets around the house that could be easily broken or misplaced if you have young children. There will also some issues with the wifi when we arrived, but this was fixed while we were there. The property manager was very prompt to answer any questions and helpful with anything we needed!

Beautifull place, very updated. With all the essentials, utensils and appliances that you will have at home. Location is super. Property manager very easy to work with. The only suggestion is that a little overwhelmed with things, and decorations, that look stupendous, but on top of that with numerous artesanals/souvenirs pieces for sale that sometimes families with children need extra care to not break something.

This condo is by far the best I have ever stayed in! From the floor to ceiling remodel to the atmosphere of the complex, this place is to DIE for!!! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, and the pharmacy. Gary, the owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. His property manager Jose was on the spot with recommendations and booking things for us to do while we were there. The maid does a FANTASTIC job! I cannot say enough great things! Thank you Gary for a wonderful trip! We look forward to coming back and staying here again!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved walking the beach, enjoying swimming and sunning around the pool area, and spending time with the neighbors at the condo. We went into town every night and enjoyed the entertainment and dancing. We loved having the fruit/vegetable stand close by, and the town grocery store. We enjoyed our day at Rincon De Le Vieja Park with Jose as our guide and Carlos, our driver. We also enjoyed the sunset cruise with Lazy Lizard, snorkeling, and seeing Honeymoon beach. Marion, Jose and Gary were all great to work with.

The Pictures Don't Lie! This condo is AMAZING!
I almost hate to give this condo a review. I know that once people start seeing this beauty it is going to stay booked solid! Meaning? I am going to be lucky to squeeze any dates in for myself! Jeff and I were the first to rent this condo after the renovation. The owners, Gary and Valerie paid attention to detail! The condo is slightly modern but very comfortable. You are able to relax as soon as you drop your bags. I ask for patience as this review is long but please read to the end. Marian and Jose are the property managers. They go above and beyond in trying to make your vacation as perfect as it can be. Marian emailed me with a list of activities along with her suggested recommendations. She also went to the market and stocked the condo with what we requested. This was our first time to Costa Rica and decided not to rent a car. Not knowing the roads or the laws of Costa Rica. Marian made sure we had a taxi from the airport. Our drivers name was Jose (not the property manager). Jose was a friendly guy who chatted with us and made us feel welcome. He stopped at a restaurant and we thought he was getting his lunch. To our surprise he stopped to get us a local dish to snack on during our drive. The 1st day, Jose (property manager) took us on a private tour of the mountains and volcanoes. He took his time and let this be a leisurely stroll. We were never rushed. After our hike we had a delicious lunch at a restaurant. Our day wrapped up at a mud bath house with hot springs over looking a river. If this doesn't help you relax nothing will! Our 2nd day was a fishing trip with a local fisherman named -you guessed it! Jose! This Jose went by Chepe. He worked hard to get us on the fish - but it wasn't meant to be. They weren't biting. The 3rd day, we chilled at the condo. Sitting on the balcony looking at the roll of the sea. My favorite piece of furniture was the rocking chair on the balcony. From there I was able to see the awesomeness that Costa Rica has to offer and in the evening watching the amazing sunsets. There are numerous restaurants with in walking distance. We felt safe no matter where we went or the time of the day. My point, the condo is fantastic and in addition, the owners have hired people who care about the property and your Costa Rica experience! I recommend this place 100%! Just please try to leave some dates for me! Thank you Gary, Valerie, Marian and Jose for a wonderful vacation!
