"I hope the property owner and management take these comments as constructive criticism. 1. Although the stepping stone pathway may look sweet. The uneveness made walking to room uneasy. 2. Dark wood room and dim lighting made room very depressing. 3. Asked room to be cleaned but on twi occasion it was not done. 4. English breakfast only the eggs were hot, bacon sausage and potato was cold. Asked for butter, was told they only had butter for the chef. Waited 5 minutes for them to bring salt and...

"Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel. Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"
