"We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. "The breakfast was first rate! If breakfast was the only thing served at this hotel, I'd return just for that. Did not like the damp odor from the bathroom. There needs to be some device that keeps all the moisture within the shower area. Its a humid climate so water from the shower gets on the floor of the bathroom and never dries properly hence the odor of mildew."

"Firstly, staying in Sale means you get a more "step back in time" feeling. You won't see many other tourists on the streets, the market is authentic because it's used by the locals and you don't get hassled and the medina is fabulous (walking around the medina walls facing Rabat was a highlight of our trip). We drove so you need to figure out parking in advance (most Medinas in Morocco are pedestrian majority so Google maps can be sketchy). If you use public transport it's a bit of a walk, but...
