The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Location
Steps to the mountain + short walk to town. Condo was recently renovated and in great condition & extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for those nights we didn’t want to eat out - love its adjacency to There bar and down the street from one of our favorite restaurants, Siam.

The condo itself is lovely. Amenities are great. However, the building it’s in is very rundown, parking in abysmal and it’s a haul to bring your stuff up to the condo. And there’s no privacy as other occupants walk past not the front and the back windows.

Lovely Getaway
We had a lovely stay in Telluride at this quaint apartment. Great location! Really nice finishes. Only recommendation is to stock the place with some spices for cooking.

Nice small condo
We spent 5 nights at this condo during the Telluride Film Fest. It was just what we wanted- clean, good location, and had everything we needed. Clarks market, which had great sandwiches and donuts, was a 3 minites walk away. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Telluride.

Great place in town!
As advertised. This is a wonderfully renovated 1 bedroom condo that was clean, quiet, and close to both in town lifts. I did not try the sofa bed, but did enjoy the cozy living, and a perfect kitchen to cook in before the morning skiing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place if you want to be able to walk anywhere in town.

The unit number was not included in the welcome text and the door code was incomplete! Although the description of the interior was accurate the hallways are dingy and need of paint! The parking lot was completely full and opposite of the entrance to the unit. Be prepared to haul you bags a long way even if you are lucky enough to find a place in the lot

Perfect mountain retreat
Very modern minimalists with a cozy home feel with small ties to the towns history. Beautiful open concept with everything recently renovated. Excellent location on the inside edge of town. 5-7 min. walk to gondola. 3-5 min. walk to full grocery store. Easy walking distance to all shops and many restaurants in town. Tia food place is 5 stars and less than one block away. It was the perfect getaway condo that we were looking for.

Luxury stay in the town of Telluride
The location is perfect as it is walkable to everywhere in the town of Telluride and is very quiet. This unit has been thoughtfully remodeled for a luxury accommodation. Detail was put into the quality of the appliances, bathroom, comfortable furniture and upscale soaps, lotions, etc. It was very clean upon arrival. It was a bit tricky to locate the actual unit in the building so more specific information on that would be helpful in the future. We were able to park in the lot, but as mentioned, space is very tight and limited. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, very quiet in winter
Recently updated tiny unit, very efficient, needed much more detailed cleaning. There was a torn, yucky, “vintage” rubber plunger parked in plain view next to the commode - rustic decor like that is a turn-off! Plenty of storage space for two skiers with lots of gear , warm and bright - except the large master bedroom window looks onto outdoor walkway and alley/parking area, so blinds are always closed-never any natural light. No dedicated parking space, but we worked it out. The unit had all the basics for the kitchen and the laundry machines worked well. We used the ski and boot valet in Mountain Village and walked to the gondola to get up to and back down from the village. We walked everywhere else in town, the corner market (Clark’s) is one block away. The building is very old- looks like it was built in the 80’s. The interior of the condo is much newer. Vacasa/Vrbo was difficult to communicate with, and sent an auto message about my check-in process five days into my stay! Just as I was tidying up to depart, I discovered the knit throw on the sofa (which we never used) had horrible brown stains which were concealed in the folds! I was really grossed out and couldn't wait to check out. That is an unfortunate lasting memory of our Vrbo/Vacasa experience. We love skiing at Telluride, and will likely look for another property to stay at in the future.

Great location and nice accommodation for a short stay
My husband and I stayed here for a second year in a row. The location is great if you like to walk around town and not have to rely on using your car. We were not able to park in the condo parking lot which is a challenge in of itself for loading & unloading your car. There is a free outdoor parking lot not too far away but feels like parking should not be such an issue at this price point. The condo is nicely done, and the building is relatively quiet unless you have the windows open or occupants above who are noisy. I recommended to the management company to provide more detailed information on exactly where the unit is located in the building as it is very confusing to find the first time. Vacasa did text numerous times after check in to make sure all was fine. We also were notified the day of check-in that we could get into the unit earlier which was greatly appreciated.

Great 1 bedroom in Telluride
This property was as advertised. Freshly remodeled and well done at that. Came into town at the last minute for the weekend to see our daughter. The complex for this unit is older and had a mixture of local and vacation rentals in it. Even with the windows open, the area was quiet. No disturbances late at night. Unit was well decorated and appointed with the necessities for the weekend. 2 minutes to Clarks and 1 minute to There.

Great Condo
Condo was updated, clean, and great for three people during visit in January 2023. Well stocked kitchen for making meals, nice bedroom, and couch/fulton was comfortable for sleeping. Easy walking distance to lift 7, Clarks super market, and downtown Telluride. Very happy with our stay there. I recommend the condo to others.
