"Convenient location. Dark alleyway to go into the apartment and waited very long for the manager to arrive. Bathroom shower drain is blocked, lights broken, bed sheet is dirty."

"Very nice place to stay and exactly what we needed for one night but very good for more. It’s close to good transport links which makes it a very convenient place to stay. The host was very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

"Location was excellent. The room was OK, basic reasonably clean. The guy on reception (sorry didn't get your name) was lovely. Communal area of the building were run down, could say this added to the character of the building. Room cleaned daily towels changed on request. Coffee machine in reception, none in room, but plenty of cafes close by. Breakfast is in a cafe 5 minutes walk away. This was basic and service was mixed, fine for 2 of the days not good on the last. "Spacious and cheap accomondation. No air conditioning, quite newly renovated but still some faults. We we're promised a baby bed but it wasn't in our room upon arrival. Luckily the staff was still able to provide it even it was late evening. No proper coffee machine, quite few kitchenware, broken floor lamp, quite noisy since located close to main street. However, good connections and a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Definitely not a hotel level accommondation but cheap and neat, good...
