"We enjoyed our time at the house. It was comfortable and just steps from the beach. The porch facing the beach is covered and really big. It catches the breeze most of the day. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable for us. We like a little firmer mattress so it suited us perfectly. "This is a great property right on the beach. Perfect for our needs for our whole family (9 people) to get together for Christmas. Plenty of room and great cooking facilities to allow us to cook big meals. Nice to sit by the beach or enjoy the private pool area. Close to Progreso for all our grocery needs and easy to get to Merida, ruins and other Yucátan sights. Juan was a great host - there to greet us and very responsive. "

"This was a beautiful beach house. Our large group had plenty of space to enjoy the house. We love the landscape of this place. Even on hot days we had plenty of shade due to the beautiful palm trees and a plants. We will definitely be back and would recommend this house. "Lovely house with amazing shade porch, plunge pool, and multiple outdoor seating areas steps from the beach. Great bedrooms with lots of closet space and en suite bathrooms for all of them. House is an easy drive to Merida and the perfect place to get away from it all."

Entrance to house was overgrown with greenery - which made it a narrow path to the house. Beach was covered in shells and ocean debris which didn't allow you to lay on the sand."
