"Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel."

"Quite pricy for a night but everything seems fine. Temperature inside the room is fine since the weather is getting cold. Shower is also great. Good to stop by for a night or two when you coming from karuizawa outlet just 5km away. "

"A small traditional hotel located just few kilometers away from Karuizawa station, outlet mall and ski arena. Both Japanese Tatami and regular beds available. Rooms are very comfortable with very relaxed atmosphere once you enter the hotel. Surely will come back at this reasonable price. "

Nice location and spacious room

"Not sure where the -ve reviews are coming from but we absolutely had a good stay here. It's not right next to the train station but close enough, 5 min walk. There is shuttle service provided to the train station (outlet) and the ski centre. For those driving EV, there is charging available."

"Amazing property!! Our room was so peaceful, very spacious, and very renovated. One of the best hotels in Japan that I have stayed in. Onsen was beautiful! Right next to a great outlet mall! Lots to do around the area. We were able to bus and uber around the property."
