"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. "Beautiful stay at the Radisson. Everywhere was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We went in February but the pools were well maintained and never any issues with getting a sunbed or having somewhere to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Wonderful and relaxing. Great stay and would definitely recommend. This was our first time but we will be back next year!"

"Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "
