"We stayed here with our family for several days. The house is huge but is extremely expensive considering its poor general cleanliness and obvious disrepair. We spent a long time cleaning the pool ourselves. The contact centre is located overseas, so there was no direct way to communicate with on-site management. "This property is ideally located and the views are wonderful. A disappointing start to our stay, however, as upon arriving at designated check in time, the house had not been cleaned. Bathrooms not cleaned and dirty towels on floor, beds unmade, counter tops not cleaned and generally a poor presentation.After texting with owner the issue was promptly actioned and cleaner turned up in good time and proceeded to rectify everything.There had been an apparent lack of communication between parties -...

"Great location, very close to shops and the water. Free secure parking at the top of the public car park and our room was on the same floor so very convenient for us. The apartment was great except it was a bit dark because all the lights came from wall sconces rather than overhead, and the balcony was on the short end of a long deep room. Also would've been nicer to have a bigger TV. But otherwise it was good value and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again next time...
