"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."

" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. "We had a great stay in Roma Norte. Perfect location. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were lovely. Tons of food places, bars and shops! The rooms itself are lovely and modern! But the cleanliness of it can be much better. The floors in the whole room are filthy. Clearly they haven’t been mopped in a long time.
