"We had a family gathering for our mother's 80th birthday and the property was awesome in terms of location and catering to a large group. The host was lovely, great communication and the property was very clean and very well stocked in terms of items needed to prepare, serve food and seat a large group. There was also plenty of extra blankets. The property also had different spaces people could hang out, a coffee was a very short walk away.together"

The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. "My husband and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay. It was easy to find and on the same street as our friends tiny home. Michelle was easy to contact and answered questions as needed. We felt at home immediately and it had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of sheets, blankets and towels available. The only thing we were would warn people is the 5 step to the deck has no railing and can be very dangerous for young children or people with mobility challenges, however there is a one...
