"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Cool experience for our little family. Caravan has great location in the holiday park with a great view, awesome place to stay with good park facilities especially for kids. Good set up with mostly everything you need and a great bbq and outdoor area. Liz was great at responding when we had questions. I’d say just contact the holiday park well in advance to find out the camp ground fees as the rates change and we were almost stung with double the price fees than originally quoted. "It is a well kept, clean and comfortable property. Really enjoyed our stay. The basics like tea, kitchen towel etc were running out though. So that could have been better provided for. "

"It was okay, for the time we spent at the house, the double bed, wasn't very comfortable it was extremely soft, ended up sleeping on a bunk bed, and there was no toilet spray provided but other than that it was okay Thanks "
