"Only a 15 minute drive to Nashville! The property is well kept. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation and evening entertainment (projector, hot tub, and deck over water). The kitchen is well stocked. Owners were awesome!"

"A Magical woodland cabin for memory-making! Our family of 7 came together to celebrate Christmas. The sweet details of a Christmas tree and cheerful decorations made it a welcoming experience! The rooms were clean, bright, decorated and comfortable. I slept so well knowing my family was safe. The game room downstairs was perfect for family fun, even with an indoor "snowball fight". It was too cold to enjoy the firepit and hot tub this time but that is on our to-do list for next visit....

"The only thing I have a beef about with this rental was the method of check in and check out. We had to drive several miles out of town to pick up a single key and then drop it back off before we left town. Would have been nice to have a combo number pad lock or something on the door that was activated with a specific code for that weekend. Other than that, the house and amenities were great. The hot tub made the place well worth the price alone. But then it was well laid out, spacious, nicely...

"The house was nice, plenty of space for our family. The check in process was a little complicated. The drive at night was a little challenging as it's located about 12 miles from Nashville in the woods. The location was secluded and quiet. The house was clean with the exception of the dog hair on the lower bunk bedspread and a smell of cigarette smoke in the third bedroom. "Story Time Retreat was truly that. Our family spent Thanksgiving here and it was a joyful experience. The property was very clean and well appointed. Our host Marisa thought of everything. She thoughtfully provided a scrumptious pumpkin roll for us to enjoy and the coffee bar was outstanding. The kitchen was amazing too and had all we needed to cook a fabulous Thanksgiving feast!
