"The place is very nice. The staff was amazing. The restaurant in my opinion has the best views. The food was good as well. Rodrigo (waiter) was extremely helpful and provided insight on things to do and see. The property is nice. It’s small, but it’s perfect. Everything is walking distance for the most part. "Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...

No hay conector de luz en el tocador del baño y el techo del jacuzzi estaba resanado sin pintar, no lo que se espera de un lugar spa boutique. "What my wife and I liked was the size of the room. Very clean and the decore modern. Across the street is a great restaurant not yoir typical Mexican style. Very good food and service. Close to the center of town anothwr plus. In all for the price it is a steel of a deal. We will use them again when we come back to Taxco. "

"When we walked in it was just wow! Super spacious with spectacular views and just far enough away from town to be quiet. All 3 bedrooms have their own bath plus another half bath. Manager does a great job making sure everything is okay and can set you up with a taxi company if needed. You even have a 2 car garage to park your car in. So much better staying here than some hotel in town with all the noise."
